# Robert Nikic TEDx Talk: How to Weaponize Failure

Robert Nikic's TEDxParkland talk on how to weaponize failure. He explains ego depletion, why failure falls into two categories, internal and external, and how to turn each into power: treat internal failure as feedback, and read external failure as a GPS telling you which way to turn. He draws on failed startup after failed startup and on his family's escape from the Balkan War. His message: you haven't failed, you just haven't weaponized failure yet. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community.
