Why'd you choose Tampa? You know, for the most part, I don't think there was a particular reason. It wasn't Miami, for the most part. Yeah. It's a fine balance between Miami. Well, there's state tax, too, you know? Yeah. No state tax. For the most part, yeah. That's why I chose Nevada. One of the main reasons. I was in Cali, man. Oh my gosh. And the weather is amazing, but just like, the lifestyle is not there. It's only gotten up, though, right? It hasn't gotten any better. No, it's gone up, yeah. And networking is good, but you could get that networking in other cities, so. Yeah, that's true.
