I come into the office and someone tells me, hey, there's this going on. I'm like, that's wonderful. They look at me like I'm crazy. Like, what's wrong with you? This is very serious. There are consequences for this and that. We're going to take the situation, and we're not just going to fix it. We're going to pull out perspective and make use of it in many different cases and scenarios. That's what a lot of people don't do. People say, oh, my advertising campaign's not doing so well. I'm failing. I'm going to lose all my money. And they just sit there in the corner. They don't understand how to leverage that and turn it into something. Every time my phone rings, I'm excited if there's a problem. When it's too calm, I'm stressed. If things are going great, I'm terrified. At that point, there are signals in my head telling me that you might fail, and not in the good way.
