The Inc. 5000 is Inc.'s annual ranking of America's fastest-growing private companies, ordered by revenue growth over three years. A company has to be independent and privately held to qualify, so the list rewards companies that grew on their own.
The company Robert founded and led debuted at #418 in 2023, with 1,387% growth as reported by Digital Journal. In 2024 it climbed 383 spots to #35, with 7,191% three-year growth, placing it in the top 1% of the list. Inc.com lists it in Business Products & Services, based in Newark, Delaware, with 51–200 employees.
In 2024 the company was also named to Inc. Best Workplaces, honored in the Medium size category, "Established Excellence" stage, and the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast regions, as listed on Inc.com. That made three Inc. honors in two years.

People see #418 to #35 and think it happened fast. It took 15 years. My family came here as refugees from the Balkans and started over with nothing. My first startups as a teenager failed, and I worked 18-hour shifts before I could build anything real. We built the company without outside investors, which is why the Inc. list meant so much: it measures growth you earned yourself. The Best Workplaces honor mattered to me even more, because it came from the team. In 2026 I stepped away to work on SDG 8 & 9, so more founders get the chance to grow.
