What CEOWORLD Magazine reported about Robert Nikic

The headline numbers

CEOWORLD's CEO Spotlight, written by Katherina Davis, Ph.D., examines the leadership behind a company the article reports ranked #35 on the Inc. 5000 and was named one of the Best Places to Work in America.

The model

The piece explains that Robert's early e-commerce work taught him scalability and efficiency. He used those lessons to build a franchise-style model in which entrepreneurs sell trusted household brands while inventory and fulfillment are handled for them. In his words: "We took the franchise concept and modernized it for today's digital-first economy."

The people side

CEOWORLD also covers how he ran the team: remote flexibility, strong benefits and a focus on inclusion. The article presents those practices as part of the reason the company grew.

In Robert's words

"We took the franchise concept and modernized it for today's digital-first economy." That's how I explained it to CEOWORLD. My family came from the Balkans as refugees and started over with nothing. I failed at startups as a teenager and worked 18-hour shifts, so I don't romanticize hard work for its own sake. I wanted owners to spend time on customers, not warehouses, and I wanted our team to have flexibility. We built it without outside investors and went from #418 to #35 on the Inc. 5000. Since 2026 I've worked on SDG 8 & 9, bringing the same thinking to policy.
