USA Today's March 2024 piece starts with the seller's problem. To run an online store, a new seller usually stitched together separate services for products, marketplaces and fulfillment. Each handoff was a place for things to break.
The article reports that the platform Robert led brought products, marketplaces such as Amazon, Walmart and eBay, fulfillment and AI into one system. It credits his vision and determination for that direction.
USA Today notes the company's #418 ranking on the Inc. 5000 and its place among Delaware's fastest-growing companies. It quotes Robert's goal directly: to "democratize ecommerce making it accessible and profitable for sellers from all walks of life."

"Our goal is to democratize ecommerce making it accessible and profitable for sellers from all walks of life."
"Sellers from all walks of life" wasn't a slogan for me. My family came from the Balkans as refugees and started over with nothing. I learned to build websites on a computer I saved up for, after working 18-hour shifts, and my first startups failed. I knew how confusing it was to juggle five vendors when you're new. Putting everything into one system was the obvious fix. We did it without outside investors and made the Inc. 5000, first at #418 and then #35. Since 2026 I've worked on SDG 8 & 9, trying to make selling across borders that simple too.
